To enhance civic services, the corporation plans to procure ten new sewer-cleaning machines to improve drainage efficiency. Furthermore, all NMC zone offices will introduce a dedicated ‘Citizen Grievance Redressal Day’ on the second and fourth Fridays of every month, providing a direct platform for residents to report and resolve complaints.
