By providing industry-oriented skill training, the center will focus on facilitating employment opportunities for its trainees upon successful completion of their courses. Admissions to all programs offered at the center will be free of charge. The inauguration ceremony is slated to take place at the Kaushalya Vikas Kendra, located near Prajapati Nagar Metro Station in Pardi.

Located on a 1.25-acre campus with a 30,000 square feet facility, the state-of-the-art center has the capacity to train approximately 2,000 young individuals. Dignitaries including Mayor Nita Thackeray, Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, and other local officials are expected to grace the occasion. The establishment of this center reflects a concerted effort to bridge the skill gap and enhance employability, thereby contributing to the economic development of Nagpur and its surrounding areas.

नागपूर कौशल्य केंद्र हे असोसिएशन फॉर इंडस्ट्रियल डेव्हलपमेंट (AID), टाटा स्ट्राइव्ह, नागपूर महानगरपालिका (NMC) आणि स्किल इंडिया मिशन यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने स्थापन केले जात आहे. हे केंद्र औद्योगिक विकासासाठी एक महत्त्वपूर्ण उत्प्रेरक ठरेल. उद्योग-केंद्रित कौशल्य प्रशिक्षण देऊन, केंद्र आपल्या प्रशिक्षणार्थींना अभ्यासक्रम यशस्वीरीत्या पूर्ण केल्यानंतर रोजगाराच्या संधी उपलब्ध करून देण्यावर लक्ष केंद्रित करेल. केंद्रात दिल्या जाणाऱ्या सर्व अभ्यासक्रमांसाठी प्रवेश विनामूल्य असेल. उद्घाटन सोहळा कौशल्या विकास केंद्र, पांढरी येथील प्रजापती नगर मेट्रो स्टेशनजवळ होणार आहे.
